2. Cargo plan, stowage and stacking inst.
3. Loaded / discharged.
4. Bob for this port.
5. No. Of gangs working their break timings.
6. Stevedore / supervisor / tally clerk.
7. Any special cargo/dangerous cargo loading or discharging.
8. Forklifts in the hatch.
9. Condition of the ballast tanks.
10. Trim/list to be checked.
